What shoe materials do you clean?

Fabric shoes—including mesh, knit, and canvas—and Smooth Leather shoes only.

Do you repair or reglue shoes?

No. Revive Kicks provides cleaning services only. We do not offer repair, reglue, repainting, or restoration.

Is pickup and drop-off available?

Yes. It is $10 with a minimum of four pairs in our listed service areas.

Can you guarantee every stain and odor will come out?

No. We cannot guarantee 100% removal of every stain or odor. Results vary, but Revive Kicks will always do its best.

How do I book?

These policies help Revive Kicks keep every appointment and order organized. Effective August 11, 2026.

APPOINTMENTS & ORDERS

Cancellation & Late Pickup Policy

  • To cancel or reschedule, please text us before your scheduled drop-off or pickup.
  • There is no cancellation charge if cleaning and any local pickup or drop-off trip have not started.
  • Once cleaning has started, the completed service charge remains due. If a local pickup or drop-off trip is already in progress, the $10 service fee remains due.
  • We will text you when your order is ready. Please pick it up within 7 days, or text us to arrange a later pickup date.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, order number, service details, and review.
  • We use this information to manage bookings and orders, contact you about service and pickup, respond to reviews, and maintain business records.
  • For public reviews, only your name, star rating, and review are displayed after you consent. Your optional Order # stays private.
  • Revive Kicks does not sell your personal information. External payment, Linktree, and Facebook pages follow their own privacy practices.
